who’s a bigot?

Bigotry is marked by a massive dose of self-righteousness. Prejudice is a mechanism constantly used by those who are evil. Overly impressed with themselves, they assume that they are in a position to condemn others. They have turned a blind eye to their own sinfulness.

Once they have selected a target for judgment, they will never relent or admit to their own error. For the blindman that Jesus healed, they dismiss any defense that Jesus could be credited for any good. Instead, they assign more guilt on the man.  Although his testimony is simple and clear, it is bluntly rejected. Stubborn. Jn9
